General Provisions & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the bgd44 platform and any individual ("User" or "you") who uses any service provided by bgd44.

Each account belongs to one individual

Each account on bgd44 must belong to a distinct natural person. Opening an account in the name of a corporate entity, trust, or any other institutional body is not permitted.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Minimum amount

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal processing time

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If additional verification is required, the time may increase and bgd44 will notify you accordingly.

Deposit terms

• Deposited funds must come from a payment method in your own name only.
• Deposits made using a third-party payment method are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
• For suspicious transactions, bgd44 may request additional verification.

Withdrawal terms

• Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• bgd44 complies with anti-money-laundering regulations — as a result, some withdrawal requests may require additional verification.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bgd44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. By accepting these offers, you are considered to have agreed to the associated terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

Wagering requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, and wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General bonus terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

bgd44 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using any software, bot, or automated tool to operate games on the platform.
• Manipulative betting or collusion (coordinating with other players).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or glitches in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing, discriminatory, or offensive behavior toward other users.

In the event of a breach of these prohibitions, bgd44 may immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account and, where applicable, notify law enforcement authorities.

Account Suspension & Termination

bgd44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process or providing false information.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicious money laundering activity.
• Attempting to access the service from a restricted region.

In the event of account termination where no breach of Terms has occurred, any valid balance will be returned. However, if fraudulent activity is proven, all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. It is recommended to withdraw all valid balances before submitting the request.
